Alliance20 brings together some of Australia’s largest disability service providers from across the country to develop initiatives to strengthen the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and deliver better services and outcomes for participants.
Since coming together to form Alliance20, in 2018, member organsiations have worked with participants, the National Disability Insurance Agency, governments and others to embed the scheme in our community. We have drawn on our history, expertise, research and innovation capacity to address some of the NDIS’ significant challenges.
Our focus is on using our collective scale, and diversity to support the growth and reform needed for the NDIS to be a success for people with disability. We do this by providing a strong provider voice, based on the needs and interests of the people we support, to policy makers and government.
We draw on our broad and deep nation-wide disability experience to develop and propose practical solutions based on rigorous best practice, consultation and the input of our clients and families.
We support over 98,000 people and Alliance20 is a clear voice for disability service providers, offering collaboration on solutions and working together to overcome Scheme challenges.

Drawing on our long and deep service experience, Alliance20 can provide solutions that are well researched, based on practical experience, acceptable to participants able to be implemented.
Industry reach:
With broad representation across the Australian disability sector, we have the strength to implement broad-reaching solutions, mobilise national support for reform, and resource campaigns and research.
Strong Voice for the people we support:
Disability providers need a strong advocate on behalf of participants to improve the implementation of the NDIS policy makers and public sentiment. We support over 98,000 people and Alliance20 is a clear voice for disability service providers, offering collaboration on solutions and working together to overcome Scheme challenges.
A range of critical issues need to be addressed to ensure the effective delivery of the NDIS. We will continue to advocate solutions to these issues and engage collaboratively to ensure that Australia has a successful Scheme and responsive disability services.
